The world was always so much clearer from up here. He could see everything that happened on the forest floor below where he was lounging on the tree branch, even if it was pretty calm seeing as it was late into the night. The moon hung brightly, illuminating dappled patches through the trees on Sparrow’s swirling golden pelt. His tail hung over the edge, swinging in slow, arching motions back and forth as his mind wandered from here to there.

Ver'aeth had saved them - at least for the time being, but right now that was enough for Maplestorm. He had focused on checking on all the cats who he had fought with; attention focusing on Two's wounds until he was certain that zey were going to be alright.
